By accessing or placing an order with Mridaa (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on www.mridaaliving.com (“Website”).

1. Definitions

  • “Customer” / “you” / “your” means the individual or legal entity ordering products from the Website.

  • “Products” refers to the items offered for sale on the Website by Mridaa.

  • “Order” means your request to purchase Products via the Website.

2. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms apply to your use of the Website and the purchase of Products. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website or place an Order. Once you place an Order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are of legal age to enter into contracts under applicable law.

  • All information you provide during registration or order placement is correct, current and complete.

  • You will maintain accuracy of such registration / profile / account information.

4. Product Information & Price

  • We endeavour to display accurate product descriptions, images, pricing and availability. However slight variations may occur (especially given handmade nature) and we do not guarantee perfection.

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices, product features, availability or discontinue Products without prior notice.

  • We are not liable for typographical errors in price or product information.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Receipt of your Order does not constitute acceptance. We may accept or decline your Order for any reason (including stock unavailability, error in price or description).

  • If we decline your Order, you will be informed and we will refund any payment made.

  • Orders may only be cancelled by you within 12 hours of placement by contacting hello@mridaaliving.com. After dispatch, cancellation is not permitted.

6. Payment

  • Payments must be made through the payment methods available on the checkout page.

  • You agree to pay applicable amounts including product price, shipping, packaging, and any applicable taxes or duties.

  • If payment is not successfully processed, the Order will not be processed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India (PAN India) via third-party courier/fulfilment partners. Delivery timelines depend on location, courier, stock and external factors.

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

  • Title and risk of loss for Products pass to you once we deliver to the courier. Any damage during courier transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs or force-majeure events (see clause 13).

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Since Products are handmade / limited nature, returns & exchanges are accepted only in cases of damage, defect or incorrect item delivered.

  • You must contact us via email (with photos/videos) within 48 hours of receipt.

  • We will review and may approve exchange or refund at our discretion.

  • Products altered, mis-used or damaged after receipt are not eligible.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All rights, title and interest (including copyright, trademarks and design rights) in the Website, brand name “Mridaa”, logos, product designs and content remain with Mridaa.

  • You may browse, view and print Products solely for your personal use. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

10. User Conduct & Site Usage

  • You agree not to misuse the Website (including but not limited to using bots, hacking, spamming, uploading harmful content).

  • We may suspend or terminate your access without liability if you breach these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mridaa’s liability is limited to the value of the Order placed by you.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including lost profits or loss of data).

  • We make no warranty that the Website or Products will meet your specific requirements.

12. Data Protection & Privacy

  • You consent to your personal data being collected, processed and stored as per our Privacy Policy, and in compliance with applicable law (eg. Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). ([turn0search20])

  • We commit not to share your personal information with third parties except for courier/payment fulfilment and as required by law.

13. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for non-performance or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions or other “Acts of God”. ([turn0search0])

  • In such cases we may delay, suspend or terminate your Order.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your State / City] (e.g., Chandigarh).

  • The Contract is formed in India and all performance obligations are considered to be in India.

15. Modifications & Updates

  • We may update or revise these Terms at any time (for legal, regulatory, operational changes). We will post the revised Terms on the Website and the “Last updated” date will reflect the change. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability

  • If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remainder will remain valid and enforceable.
