Shipping Coverage

We currently ship PAN India through reliable delivery partners.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • No processing on Sundays or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary based on courier delays or external factors.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown during checkout. Free shipping may be available during promotions.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email once the order is shipped.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a shipment returns due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional re-shipping charges will apply.

Return & Refund Policy

Since our products are handcrafted, returns are accepted only for:

  • Damaged product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong item received

Return Conditions

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed & in original packaging.
  • Photo/Video proof required for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed items
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Custom or discounted items (unless defective)

Exchange

Products that are eligible for returns or exchanges can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return pickup depends on pincode serviceability. Please note that the exchange order is only dispatched once the original product is received at the warehouse and passes a quality check.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • May take 5–7 business days to reflect.
  • Shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours.
  • If the order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
